প্রকল্পের বিবরণ: রাজধানী ঢাকার প্রধান বাণিজ্যিক এলাকা মতিঝিলের পাশে কমলাপুর রেল স্টেশন ও যাত্রাবাড়ির, সায়দাবাদ, গোলাপবাগ মানিক নগর, মুগদা, মান্ডা ও বাসাবো ঢাকা দক্ষিণ সিটিতে অবস্থিত। মানিক নগর, মুগদা, মান্ডা, কাজলা, কোনাপাড়া ও নন্দিপাড়া এলাকায় আমাদের কাছে ঝামেলা মুক্ত ও সঠিক কাগজ পত্র রাস্তাসহ জমি রয়েছে। জমির পরিমান:- ১, ২, ২.৫, ৩, ৪, ৫, ৬ ও ৭  ইত্যাদি কাঠা আছে। এখানে নাগরিক সকল ধরনের সুযোগ সুবিধা রয়েছে। এছাড়া  আমিন মোহাম্মদ গ্রুপ এর গ্রীন মডেল টাউনে সুন্দর পরিবেশ বান্ধব সবুজ গাছপালা দিয়ে সাজানো পাখির কলকাকলিতে মুখরিত ঢাকা দক্ষিণ সিটির অন্যতম আবাসিক বাসস্থান। এই প্রকল্পে মালিকানা অনুমোদিত প্লট রয়েছে। প্লটের পরিমান:- ২, ২.৫, ৩, ৪, ৫, ৬, ৮, ১০ ও ১৫ ইত্যাদি কাঠা আছে। প্লটের পাশে ২৫, ৪০ ও ৬০ ফুট রাস্তা রয়েছে। তাছাড়া কর্নার প্লটও আছে। প্রজেক্টের ভিতরে স্বনামধন্য স্কুল, কলেজ, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, হাসপাতাল, বাজার ও মসজিদ ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। ঢাকার যেকোন এলাকায় সহজভাবে যাতায়াতের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে।
